By participating in the Scooped Ice Cream Trail (“Program”), you are automatically agreeing to these terms and conditions, which may be revised at any time without notice. A participating Merchant may or may not choose to provide a voucher, coupon, or other indication of discounted or free goods, services, or experiences (“Voucher”). In the event that a Merchant chooses to provide a Voucher, now or in the future, the Voucher is redeemable only for certain goods, services or experiences offered by, or facilitated through, the Merchant identified on the Voucher. The Merchant is the issuer of the Voucher and is solely responsible for all matters pertaining to the redemption and use of the Voucher. Furthermore, the Merchant is fully and solely responsible for the care and quality of all goods, services, and experiences it provides to you and for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, demands, claims, liabilities, fees, and costs ("Liabilities") it may cause you to suffer or incur, directly or indirectly, in full or in part, whether related to the use or redemption of a Voucher or not. You waive, release, hold harmless, and agree to indemnify Bandwango, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, and The Pennsylvania Tourism Office, as well as their subsidiaries, sister state government agencies, affiliates, partners, officials, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all Liabilities arising from, related to, or sustained in connection with any act or omission of a Merchant, its employees, agents, contractors, and invitees, in connection with your use of a Voucher, the goods, services, or experiences a Merchant provides in connection with a Voucher, or your participation in the Program, whether related to the use or redemption of a Voucher or not. Any goods provided, services performed, or experiences offered by the Released Parties are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Privacy Policy
Customer information is collected for the purpose of processing your order. This information is kept confidential and is not shared except to the limited extent disclosure may be required under applicable law. During checkout, we may ask you if you would like to receive marketing communications via email. If you opt-in, then you will receive communications according to what you request. You will be able to unsubscribe from those email communications if your interests change in the future.
Refund Policy
Extensions: The Program will end at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, September 7, 2026, and all prizes must be redeemed by September 13, 2026. No extensions will be given for prize redemption.
Prizes:
A commemorative insulated cooler bag is redeemable after 600 points are accrued by visiting businesses along the trail. In addition, a grand prize package inclusive of a one-night stay for a family of four at Normandy Farms, a $100 gift card to Farmer's Daughter Restaurant at Normandy Farms, and an on-site Merrymead Farm experience that will include a tour of the farm, a meet and greet with the Merrymead family, an ice cream making class, ice cream, and more. This grand prize is redeemable after 1,000 points are accrued by visiting business along the trail. Prizes awarded are subject to availability and while supplies last. Prizes are limited to one per household.
